Information of Admission
1.Collection of application Forms
-Distribution Period：Start at 18 Marcch 2024
-No set quota for the kindergarten application Forms
-Collection of application Forms：Download from school website，Please Click (here)；or Obtain from school in person
*Date of Return Application Forms: 18 March - 31 October 2024
2.Application fee
HK$40 (Cash only, non-refundable)
Submit the application form with the follow documents
1.Return method:in person / by post ( Address: 2/F, Ying Chuen House, Shui Chuen O Estate, Shatin)
- Birth Certificate and copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Parent’s H.K ID card
- Copy of student’s Immunization record (Cover page and content pages)
- Applicant’s Passport Photo1.5”x2” (Please affix on application form)
- 3 self-addressed and HK$2.2 stamped envelopes and 1 self-addressed and HK$5.4 stamped envelope
- Application fee HK$40 (Cash only, non-refundable)

Interview Arrangements:

Our School will arrange interview for all applicants
2.Interview Date
Notification will be sent to parents separately.
3.Interview form
Interview should be accompanied with one parent
Group and/or individual interviews will be arranged

Admission Criteria:
1.Priority consideration
– The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the KG will be given due priority consideration
2.Interview performance
3.The applicant from families in need of whole day will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day
(As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
Admission Results and Arrangements
1.We will inform parents of the K1 admission results before 9 December 2024 by post.
2.Successful applicants
Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child in January 2025 (Centralised Registration Dates) by submitting the RC / AP to the KG and paying the registration fee(Half day class $970),(Whole day class $1,570),If the child concerned studies in our school, the registration fee paid will be refunded in Septenber.
3.Applicants on the waiting list
We will inform parents of the waiting list results by phone call. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by our school. Parents are required to submit the RC / AP to our school and pay the registration fee.
4.Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the RC / AP during registration, the KG may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the registration document to the EDB within the specified period.
5.If application is not successful
Parents refer to the K1 vacancy information released by the EDB after the Centralised Registration Dates
6.Give up register
Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify our school in writing. We will return the RC / AP as soon as possible but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the RC / AP, our school will no longer keep the school place for the child.
